Can't access Quick Screen with Clip Zip

I have a newly rockboxed clip zip.  According to the manual if I long press the home button I should access the Quick Screen, but all that happens is that a "No Files" alert pops up and I get taken back to the main menu.  Is the manual out of date, or is this a bug?

Holding home on the WPS, main menu, or database screen brings me to the quick screen, so I don't think there is a problem with the manual.

Maybe your quick screen is set to something that can't be loaded?  I think you can look at it in the config.cfg file in your .rockbox folder.  Just a guess, I've never heard of this problem.
