Changes to the iPod installer Wiki.

I added a link and disclaimer the the iPod's Rockbox installer wiki. The link is to a fairly simple to use installer on the iPodwizard site. I removed edit lock so if it is a problem it can be edited out.

I'd like to point out, it seems you've removed a great deal of the IpodInstallation wiki page.
I've gone ahead and fixed it already, but please, next time, be sure to look over the Preview
before you save a change to a Wiki page.

About the installer:

We will be releasing a new version soon, that will be pretty much the final version.  It will be very close to becoming 'official', but that of course is at the decision of the Rockbox team.
I will make a seperate Wiki page for it when the new version is out, if of course the developers wish to take it on board (as the Wiki page would most likely bring some attention of the installer to these forums).
