Remove 'artists' folder from database

Hey

Is there anyway to remove the 'artists' folder from the database, so the first folder is 'album artists'.

Its because the 'artists' folder separates out all songs featuring another artist, while 'album artist' is less cluttered.

I'd like to remove the 'artists' folder as a lot of people use my ipod, I already have it go straight to database from boot but then I constantly have to say not to open 'artists' go straight to 'album artists'.
