rockbox turns on to same track

I have a 30 GB iPod that I recently updated to the latest rockbox. it will frequently start on the same track after powering it down. for example, i'll turn it off at track 100 of 300 on a playlist, when I turn it back on it will start playing track 50. i'm hoping its not because of the update because I really like the new EQ. thanks for any help.
