Gerrit logon not working

When I try to log into Gerrit, I get this error:

Not Found
	 	 
The page you requested was not found, or you do not have permission to view this page.

I'm not the only one with the problem, either:

<jhMikeS> something's goofy with gerrit. several computer and accounts and I can't get it to comment. can push to it.
