Folder with "good" songs. Like organizer.
« on: August 05, 2014, 07:58:30 AM »
Hi everyone. I was wondering if I can do this:
when I listen to some songs from album or a compilation I want to "remember" good songs.
I want them to be in particular folder. I mean, I listen to the song, if I like it I'll press "good"-button in the menu and this song will be automatically moved to this "good-songs-folder".
That would be extremely usefull for me.
Right now I must do this:
1) look at the song which is played right now
2) find it in the folder (sometimes MP3 Tag is different to physical song name)
3) cut this song
4) go to "good" folder
5) paste it there

so I think it would be very very usefull for those people who want to build their musical library.

BTW, my player is Sansa Clip+.

Create a playlist and add songs to it as you decide you like them.

Alternatively, use the ratings system and the Database.

Like a song? Rate it highly. Want to listen to those highly rated tracks? Search by rating in the Database.
The only obvious caveat here is that using the Database implies that your audio is suitably tagged, if its not tagged, or poorly tagged, the Database is going to provide you with a pretty bad time.

Using PMs to annoy devs about bugs/patches is not a good way to have the issue looked at.
