Sound quality of Rockbox is worse than original firmware!

Look at the freq response. Im not a kid, I am developer myself (10 years already).

I did tests, quite interestingly, the line out are quite similar results but normal output confirms observations - rockbox seem to do something that normal firmware does not and high freqs are rolled off.

If I understand that image correctly, theres maybe 1-2 dB difference between those ramps, which is probably not audible. My guess is that if you hear something, its not that. Can you try RMAA and post the results? Make sure to set rockbox to the same sampling rate as you use in RMAA.
Edit: did you select the slow roll off filter setting in rockbox or sharp?

I think it was slow, but it shouldn't matter I think, I suspect it may have something to do specifically to the device type... line out results look much better. Ill get the screens and add'em (must get them again from VMs).
I noticed some other bugs in RB, freezing during theme changing... but that may be better for another thread.

That setting attenuates high frequency content, so yes it will matter...

OK, if there is a difference between line out and headphones out, than there might be hw problem in your player.
There should not be a difference....
