USB not working Dev build Clip+ Windows 7

Current dev build (as for now 29.06.2014) has an issue with Clip+ being not recognized on connection to Windows 7.

The driver installs correctly but the device is not initialized. The USBDeview reports the device with status Connected NO. As far as I have tracked the issue it is related to the changes with STALL. There is a BUG opened FS#12910 for Clip zip. Will this be fixed anytime soon?

As far as I know, no one is working on USB issues on the AMSv2 devices.  If you can't use the current driver with your system, you can use the sandisk firmware for USB transfers.

I have tried to connect on a fresh Windows installation and there were no issues so this may be only related to my windows setup, oddly the release 3.13 works.
