best youtube video to install rockbox for a newbie

Im not the most computer savy person but I have an Ipod video 5.5 and would love to install Rockbox but so far i seem to get lost in the computer terms.Im using an Imac.I think a visual step by step process would be the best way for me to accomplish my task.Can anyone recommend best Youtube video showing how to use Imac in the installation of rockbox.Seems most of videos have people using windows platform.Thanks for your help.  Matt

We generally don't recommend youtube videos for anything, but the install process is essentially the same on Windows/Mac, so it shouldn't matter which one you watch so long as the person doing it knows what they're doing.
