Uninstalling on an unspecified iPod (was: need help)

i got this 80 gig classic video given to me that had rockbox on it well i did a bad thing reformatted it and now it boots up but wont read in itunes how do i fix it

The uninstall process will work differently depending on which iPod you have.  If you specify the precise model of 80GB ipod you have someone can probably help you.
