Selecting a song in playlist doesn't bring back to WPS

Hi to all!
I have a SanDisk Sansa Clip Zip and Rockbox rocks! 

I have a question: when I'm in a playlist (m3u made by me) and I select a song, it doesn't bring me back to the WPS screen. I'd like to know if this is the expected behaviour or a bug, since actually it's a little annoying.

Just testing it now, if I launch one from the playlist catalog, it brings me to the WPS after selecting a track.  If i launch the playlist from a context menu, it brings me back to whereever I was when I launched the context menu.

The behaviour of my player is: after starting the player, if I open a playlist from the catalog and I select a song, it brings me to WPS; if then I open the playlist pressing for a while the down button (submenu) and select a song, it plays the song, but doesn't bring me back to WPS; if I press the home button, open another playlist from the catalog and select a song, it plays it, but it brings me to the main menu.

Yes that is what I observed.

Mmmmm... ok, then, is there a way to change the behaviour, so that anytime  I select a song from a playlist it brings me back to WPS?

Not without editing the source and recompiling and kissing support goodbye unless you can verify that any issues are present in unmodified builds also.

I actually like the behaviour, it allows for much easier navigation if you are unsure about the title of a particular track but think you might have a vague idea what it is.
