Unsurprisingly, people have a habit of answering threads when they know the answer to the question(s) posed. Go figure huh?

I dono in what tone that was meant, but I'll take it kindly.
But, it's odd that no one knows... It seems like such a simple thing, but then again I'm not the one to talk sense I'm the one asking the question.

It might help to explain in detail what you have done to arrive at this problem. Have you looked through the manual to solve your problem? Have you searched through the forums for an answer? If you help, you might get helped. Many others have asked similar subject questions.
