Iriver H300 with SSD - freezes, playback stops

Hey everybody,

I am using Rockbox for quite a while on my Iriver H300 (at this point: Thanks a lot to all Developers!!!), and some days ago I installed a SSD (60GB 1.8" 50-pin IDE SSD – MXSSD1MNANO50-60G). Since then I have some issues with browsing, playback etc.
For example playback always stops after some minutes – sometimes after one and a half track (e.g. 8 minutes) or at long tracks at latest after 20 minutes. Also switching from one track or album to a different mostly results in a freeze.

A similar problem was already described, and, as far as I understand, solved here.
However, in my case this problems are still there.
The Bootloader is V5 and the current stable Rockbox Version 3.13 is installed.

I would be very happy if anyone of you could help me to solve the problem.
