It appears that the NWZ-E380 is actually a rebranded Sony NWZ-E370 so please:
refer to the Sony NWZ-E370 thread.

Do not post to this thread unless you have good reasons to think your problem applies only to the E380 and not the E370 (which is unlikely)

Hi,
I am the Sony NWZ port developper.
This is a call for testing: some people have reported that the keys do not work when using the E370 rockbox firmware. Since no one has been willing to help (and immediately uninstalled it instead), I'm looking for someone who is willing to install a test build I will provide to help me understand the issue since I don't have the device myself.

As the first post states, please don't post to this thread unless you have an issue that you believe applies to the NWZ-E380 specifically, which is unlikely. The NWZ-E380 is actually a rebadged NWZ-E370, please refer to the NWZ-E370 forum thread in the future.
