Sansa Clip ZIP: FM-Radio > "Earphone-Antenna"
(1/1)
mcc01:
Hi,
on the net I found a custom build of rockbox 3.13 for the Sansa Clip ZIP (and others),
which already implements the possibility for scheduled FM-recording.
I want to attach an "antenna only earphone" to my Sansa Clip ZIP, for saveing
power (the amplifier drives nothing) while recording on the one hand and for
silence on the other hand.
The "antenna only earphone" will consist of a plug and a cable of appropiate
length to ensure a good signal.
The only thing I need to know:
What contact of the earphone plug is used as HF-input by the Sansa Clip ZIP?
Thank you very much in advance for any help!
Best regards,
mcc

Hey,
easiest way ist to Buil an own Antenna. 1 meter of simple wire connected to the GND (ground/sreen) pin of an 3,5mm stereo plug. If you want to know more ( radiochip is an Silabs???) go to the silabs website and search for annex AN383.
