64gb card not visible/playable

I don't see my sd card anywhere in rockbox interface. It shows in windows explorer, but not rockbox 1.4. I have win7.
What's the magic button that allows me to play songs off my sd card? Thanks.

Make sure its fat32 formatted.

Yep. 64GB cards come from the factory with exfat formatting. You have to reformat them.

I have the same problem.
I updated the OF.
I installed Rockbox.
I have an official 64gb Sandisk.
It's formatted to FAT32.
It just doesn't show up.

How do you know it is correctly formatted to FAT32? I still suspect an issue with the partitioning or formatting.
What operating system and tools are you using to investigate the partitioning, formatting, and filesystem condition of the card?
