Song Rating error "<No Info> Fix?

The title said it all. Whenever I try to rate a song I get the "<No Info>" message box.
Is there any way to fix this?

I browsed the forums and didn't find anything on this particular problem, only on how to enable song ratings, which I know how to do already...

Is there a fix for this?
