Threes Port
« on: March 12, 2014, 01:33:30 PM »
I recently made a quick & dirty port of the popular mobile game Threes. Currently it only runs on my Sansa Fuze v2 with dev build in lack of other devices to test. I would be happy if others show interest in this and are willing to help polishing it and getting this to work properly on other players. I attached some screenshots and will publish the source on github after some cleanup (presumeably during the weekend) so others can hack away.

EDIT: Code is now github

For what its worth you can partially test in the simulator, although that won't let you know how fast it runs on real hardware.

It took me a bit longer but the code is now github. I should currently run on players with a color LCD supporting bitmaps and a resolution >= 128x128. It could easily be modified for even smaller screens and b/w & greyscale lcd devices.

On a sidenote: Is there any good documentation on lcd_setfont() and using/adding fonts in general?

Wow, cool!  I haven't played Threes but got caught in the (similar) 2048 craze over the past week or two.
