sansa clip plus loading rockbox from sd with died internal memory chip

A couple of days ago, it starts having problems such as freezing like crazy very often. In one day suddenly instead of rockbox "Plug USB cable" appears on the screen. When I attached the Clip+ to my computer their partition doesn't shows and in dmesg.

I tried a SansaAMSUnbrick guide, but I still get 4MB or 32MB instead of 1GB. I have a question - it's possible to boot rockbox from sd card with died internal memory chip? It's possible to replace a rockbox loader in order to do that? I can recompile sources by myself and still load a rockbox loader (that shows "Plug USB cable" message).
