Nano 1g requires restart for theme change

My nano recently crashed and required reformatting and reloading.  In the process I upgraded RockBox from 3.9 to 3.13.  Now, when I load a new theme, I have to shut down and restart to get the correct background image, otherwise the one from the old theme is still displayed.  Also, sometimes there is just general screen corruption (text, images extremely distorted) when loading a new theme, or disconnecting from USB.  In all cases, a shutdown and restart cleans it up.

I think this is fixed in the current build.
