"Update now" shortcut

Hello,

as my Sansa Clip+ doesn't update database automatically (why? is that normal?), I wanted to make shortcut for it, 'cos now I have to dig into settings each time.

Not sure how to make it though. It is not listed as an option possible to use as shortcut, and it is also not any specific file. Do you have any ideas how could I make such shortcut, if it's actually possible?
Or, even better, maybe there is some way to make my device update automatically after disconnecting from computer?

Oh well, no idea how I could miss it, but of course I had auto update option switched off... nevermind then.
