Copy WPS from iriver H140 to H120 does not work, it's unbelievable

Hello,

I just copied a wps with its images-folder from a irver H140 to a iHP-120. I also copied the font and backdrop.
The WPS won't work, I get the failsafe WPS instead. All I did is to take the WPS from player A and put it in
the WPS-Folder from player B - ahm, can it be easier? H140 -> H120 -  What's the problem, I dont get it
It doesn't either work with loading a theme or WPS. It just won't appear. Works fine on the H140 (same RB-verion, latest)..

Any idea anybody? I'm going alomst crazy...
