Can't load themes in Clip Zip

I did that, i can open the wps and font alone. If i plan to install the theme "manually", by configuring everything step by step, i need to know how to edit every color and the exact colors the clock_lock2_zip use.

You are saying that the WPS will load, the fonts will load, but the .cfg has no effect at all?

You can certainly _look_ at the .cfg and apply what it does manually, but, I still think we are missing something basic to just get everything working as it should.

Since I have not seen it suggested yet, nor has it been indicated that this was attempted as a self remedy - OP, could you please backup /.rockbox/config.cfg to a safe location and then remove this file from your device(*)? This will ensure that you will be starting from a clean, known configuration, and can help us immensely.

If the issue magically fixes itself after performing this step, it would be a great help if you could then upload the contents of the config.txt file to a pastebin service for review.

And I did what you said after that. Didn't solve anything and the cfg file just has this:

My brother must have done this after I gave him my Zip, and obviously has nothing to do with the problem.
What i did from the beginning was:
Install rockbox utility 1.4.0> Open it>Select Zip> Instal bootloader(4.0) then rockbox(1.13), fonts and themes>Turn on Zip> Go to settings>Theme settings>Browse theme files>Select theme.

Ah, and i tried some other themes and I actually could load them, but some others i couldn't like the clock_lock2_zip.
I still want to know how to apply the clock_lock2_zip theme manually.

Thats odd, the config file should list a theme if you've selected one.  Yours does not.  Have you tried checking the file system for errors in Windows/linux?  Maybe its too corrupted for the config file to be updated?

I also see that you're running a rather old build.  I've suggested a few times that you try the current build and see if it fixes your issue.  I strongly recommend that you do that now.  I don't know if this will solve your problem, but the Zip port was still quite new when 3.13 came out.  Maybe updating will help.

No corrupted file was found and I already tried to run the last release. I couldn't load the theme I wanted too.

Which build did you try?  Again, please give enough information for someone to understand what you have done or its not helpful for you to reply.

I'm confused.  Your log above says that you were running 3.13.  Do you mean that you just tried 506b871 and it didn't work, or were you actually running 506b871 above?

Ok, so you're running 506b871, and when you select this specific theme, it doesn't change.  You do have the font pack installed, and you can load other themes, but not clock_lock2_zip.  clock_lock2_zip works fine in the sim for me, so its unlikely to be broken.  In addition, you have checked the file system for errors and nothing is amiss. 

Is that correct?  If so, it should just work.  If not, I suspect theres something we are missing.

It is incredibly unlikely that a hardware fault could be *so* specific. And if its software, its also rather specific, and you seem to be the only one seeing it, or at best the only one reporting it. I can't reproduce this using the simulator with either the release or development builds.
