I have an old second-hand sansa e250 2gig that my friend sold me a few months and has run like crap ever since. After trying and failing to update it using firmware from the sansa website (it keeps saying there isn't enough space on the device even though it's almost completely empty,) I decided to try rockbox.
When I start the rockbox utility, it prompts me to select my device, and when I highlight "sansa e200 series v1" and click okay, the error "no mountpoint given" appears. If I run autodetect, the program crashes. The sansa is connected to the computer and the computer is recognizing it just fine.
Any idea what the problem here is?
