sony rm-amu009 control remote with ipod

Hi guys. I'm new in this forum, and i got a question.

here's the story: I installed the rockbox in my 6th gen ipod. and everything is just perfect. then, i found a little problem. when i connect the ipod in my sony mini-comonent (which have a ipod dock), it doesn't sound, only appears the picture of an usb cable. well, i searched in google and here and found the solution, by pressing the menu button of the ipod while cnnect it to the dock. and works, my ipod sounds perfect. then i've found another litle problem. the remote control only works with the volume. i mean, i can't move through the menu of rockbox with the remote (only works moving the click-wheel). and i search here in the forum and i can't find a solution. can ypu guys help me?  :'(

All the Apple accessory stuff is closed.  Rockbox has some support through reverse engineering, but it is probable that whatever your dock is trying to do isn't supported.

ok, but the dock it's working fine. is the remote control who doesn't work (only the volume works) there's a way or a page to configurate rockbox settnigs to make the control works?

You can try it, but if it doesn't work it probably hasn't been reverse engineered.

Sorry, just saw you're asking and the ipod 6g.  There is no support for accessories on that device.
