While I agree that it's annoying, that was a little harsh dude... Perhaps he's not even a native english speaker.
I don't think it was very harsh, and I don't think being a non-native speaker is any excuse for butchering the language like that deliberately. Non-native speakers don't learn that kind of English at school. Ever. It seems to me that it is actually usually native speakers who write like that, as non-native speakers generally make an effort when they're writing either way, so they might as well write correctly. In this case it wasn't, but I've seen it often.
Now, I'm not bothered at all by mistakes or the odd typo here or there, but his post was way beyond that. Furthermore, this was the 4th or 5th post of his in a short period of time, all written in the same language.
For the record, I'm not a native english speaker either - don't know if you thought that.
