track album reading in album from next playlist track

Using my IRiver IHP 140 running rockbox 3.13. theme cabbiev2

When I play a track, the track album is reading in album from the next playlist track.

How come it is not reading in album from the current track, like title and artist is?

I don't think the theme matters. I tried other themes, and seems to be doing the same thing.

Please fix this bug as the album is incorrect.

3.13 has been out for almost a year and I don't recall anyone mentioning this problem.

Maybe update your build and see if it goes away?

Should I try one of the dev builds? Or see if I can try a 3.12 level?
I am still playing around with it.

Although, right now, I have a panic on the screen, which doesn't help. I am waiting for the battery to die so I can boot it again. I got the panic when I disconnected from the PC. Oh Well.
