Sansa Clip + Moutpoint problem

Hello,
I am trying to install rockbox and I am having a problem with the mountpoint of my Sansa Clip +.  The only letter available to me in the pull down is my external hard drive.  The Sansa does not show up.  Windows has also not assigned it a letter.  Clicking on "Autodetect" will freeze the installer and shut the program down. 
Any ideas?

You need to have the player in msc mode to get a drive letter.

Which version of Rockbox Utility are you using? The current version 1.4.0 should tell you that your player is in MTP mode.
