when i view my play lists, it has a huge list like this

1.DHEC
2. GHFD


and on down, doesnt show the songs ?? why not?

those are the songs. you playlisted your itunes db.

Yes, iTunes does that when it syncs tunes to your iPod.  Use the TagCache feature on Rockbox and you will be able to browse your songs by artist, album and genre.
