Yes you can remove items from the menu, and yes battery life should be quite a lot better.  Take a look at the manual.

Regarding dithering, if you don't know what that means, don't change the setting.

What I meant is that the defaults are sensible. No need to change them in most circumstances.

I dont expect someone else to read it for me, no.  I only realised after posting, that  RB has a manual.

Having glanced at it, I realise I will have to put on my thinking cap.  Its obvious whomever wrote it, really knows RB in and out.  I found it tough to follow.  I sheepishly admit, that without a flow chart I maybe lost. But thats my initial impression. Being a visual learner, I like pictures or at least a flow chart. Like I said i havent really looked at it too much. I dont mean for this to sound like Im knowing RB, im not, Im just mentioning my issue and its root. Thanks to all the guys and gals whom have put time and heart into it because i do recognize their labor.
