Problems with software for SAMSUNG YH-920

After following all instructions I still get ...
= FIRMWARE REPAIR =
The device firmware cant be loaded now.
please, connect to PC and repair firmware
with recovery utility.
It will be turned off

all files & folders are still there and rockbox installed onto device no problems. Where have I gone wrong....
I have read loads of threads on this forum and followed alot of what was said but still no joy...
Any help would be appreciated immensely thank you.
