Hi,
I am new here and I am working on my 2nd theme now.

I the WPS, I want to show if the 'playlist reshuffle' function is on or off.

For example:
To show if the 'shuffle' function is on or off, I would use:
%?ps<%ac%t(3)Shuffle on|%t(0)>;

What would be the respective code for 'playlist reshuffle' ?

I don't think playlist reshuffle is an on/off state, it is an instantaneous action which once complete is done.  Something you "do" rather than "enable".

So, there is nothing in a view to detect...
