Hear what you are Fastforwarding

Is it possible to hear the audio while you are fastforwarding. In the iRiver OS this was the case, but when I fastforward in Rockbox I heard nothing.

No, that is not possible.  No-one has ever implemented it.

Such a shame.. As I listen to a lot of Podcasts, sometimes zou want to skip some content. That's a lot harder without hearing what you are skipping.
