Uninstall Issues

I installed Rockbox on my 160GB iPod classic according to the instructions on EmCore, but I ended up running into some issues and decided I wanted to uninstall. I tried following the instructions on this page http://www.freemyipod.org/wiki/EmCORE_Uninstallation but all it seems to do is lead me back to EmCore menu.

This is extremely frustrating and I can't figure it out. Any suggestions?
