does anyone know if it's possible to share files directly between them ???

nope. one has to act as a "master", and a "slave". unfortunately both of those can only be a "slave" so you cant connect them (i think).

[IDC]Dragon:
If both are USB devices following the mass storage profile (the recorder is), you can plug a syncbox or similar inbetween. Such a box is a dual master and does certain file transfer.
