How can I FONT sized ROCKBOX . I  have looked every where.

Thanks Corky

[Saint]:
The font size can be altered by two things in Rockbox:

1: The currently selected user font
2: The currently loaded theme.

Ideally, themes should try to use the userfont but this is not always desireable - for instance in cases where more than a single font is required or font(s) of a specific height are required. But there are also disadvantages of the theme setting the font(s) displayed, most notably breaking locale support unless the author has used a font with a very wide glyph coverage.

The default theme should be using userfont, which will allow you to change the currently loaded font from the theme settings menu, but loading a font that is too large in height may well break the look of the theme entirely. This will be the case for most themes that use userfont.

You may find it better to look through the theme section for your device and try to find a theme that suits your requirements, or make your own. Our wiki and manual both have extensive information on the subject.

There are tons of fonts, I'm not sure where or how you're not finding them...
There is Settings=>Theme Settings=>Font but for many reasonable reasons, many themes won't be affected by that.
There is Settings=>Theme Settings=>Browse Themes, the usual way to get different looks, including font sizes.
There are at least 3 font archives I'm aware of, the "font pack", the "AA font pack", and some more by "Gregg Till".
Between those, I have *345* different fonts available... so... 345 fonts should be enough for *anyone*...
- What theme are you using?
- What themes did you install? (Hint: Install the rest of the available themes for your device...)
- What device are you using?
- What effect are you seeking (larger, smaller, etc...)
Note, a comment like "I have looked everywhere", in this space, more seems to imply the OPPOSITE...

Let me rephrase that , the display is too small

toehser:
There is no way to make the display larger.  There are MP3 players with larger displays.  Often an optometrist can help, though.

I find the display on my device, a Sansa Clip Zip, challengingly small, myself, as I am 51, with resulting beginnings of presbyopia.

Using a larger font can help.
