Sansa Clip+:Disconnects whilst transferring files
mesb:
On 3.13 sometimes i have this issue, when connected to linux box with via chipset.
I suspect some problem with sd card, it pauses sometimes while transfering data or formatting.
32gb 10class.
But i don't remeber this when transfer data on win7 pc with intel atom.

Hi there,
I'm having the same issue; a clip plus running V3.13 and it will randomly disconnect while copying files.
I'm unsure what you mean by using the Sandisk firmware USB mode. Do you mean booting to the original clip plus firmware and then copying? I don't really want to do that as the old firmware mangles the file and folder names when indexing the media so it's very hard to know what's been copied.
To Nitreb, what stable code version are you talking about? I thought V3.13 was the latest stable code version?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,
ianc

The Sandisk firmware can also use MSC, just like Rockbox. If all else fails, you can use that.
I suspect he means he updated from 3.13 to the current development build (although his post is a little unclear).
