rockbox and original firmware deleted

hi, I installed rockbox on my sansa e280r and it worked fine till one day I was switching sdhc cards and the player froze then I resetted it and the loader stopped at a screen just showing the rockbox version this was on everytime I resetted the player, I format the player using recovery mode and when I turn the player on I get a message saying that rockbox software cant be found neither the original firmware, does anyone know how I can get my player to function again?

Formatting won't hurt the sandisk firmware, so you should be able to reboot into it and then copy a .rockbox folder back to the player.
