FM presets sometimes disappear (Clip Zip, RB v3.13)

Sometimes the FM presets I set are gone when I turn on the player. This happened twice today. Making matters more confusing, I just reset them and turned it on and off twice and they are still there, but the ones I set previously were definitely not there when I first turned it on today. Weird since this did not happen with my previous Clip Zip that I lost.  ????
