installation doen't work

i have a problem,  I have got a brand new sansa clip plus and installed rockbox. took me quite some time. but at last the device showed rockbox. i inserted my Sd vcard and it showed my mp3 files. however couldn't hear anything. the mp3 file was playing but no sound at all. so i decided to conect the device to my desktop. Now its frozen! my sansaclip shows the image of a usb adapter and that is it. No one button works  and worst of all; my desktop doesnt't recognize the device anymore. Don't know how to control it.Feel like crying now.

Hold power for 30 seconds to reboot the player.

Yea this has happened to me before just hold the power button for 30 sec and it should work. If it doesn't try going to the original firmware (by turning it off and holding the left button when turning it back on) and format it then reinstall the rockbox firmware
