Suggestion: in Rockbox Development create a Development General Discussion forum

... so that posts such as http://forums.rockbox.org/index.php/topic,43690.0.html can go there, rather than need to be moved out of Development, as a moderator did to that one.

In which forum should go general development discussion? Respecting the fact the only existing Rockbox Development forums are for specific matters and declare e.g. "Everything else is off topic and belongs elsewhere."

I had though the idea was development stuff be separated, but OK - General it shall be for me in future.
