Ipod Classic 6g + Fiio E1

Hi,im new here,i have a problem with my ipod,when im using the fiio e1 with apple os all the fuctions work but when i use it with rockbox none of them work and the headphones sound very low and with a lot of distorsion.I tried with other headphones and the problem persists.I checked the line out was on.

The power supply pins probably aren't enabled on the dock connector so I doubt that amp will work. Accessory support has not been implemented for the 6g.

Fwiw using that amp is likely pointless on a 6g. The only thing an amp will do for you is increase the maximum voltage output on the 6g. But if the amp is powered off the 6g's supply it probably can't even do that.

Thanks for responding, i bought it because my jack doesnt work, i guess ill have to return to the original OS.
