Open the dialog via the menu items I mentioned, select everything in the dialog that appears and paste it in your post.

I'm really about to stop responding. Read what I wrote before. I wrote:

Is there anything unclear about this? Is there anything that prevents you to click that link and download the version I mentioned from that link?

I am still confused on how you do the Help Troubleshooting System info dialog when I don't have the program on my MP3 player or my pc

silvertree:
Open the utility.
Click "Help"
Choose "Troubleshoot"
Click "System Info"

I think you should take your player back to the other computer you used.
Do not use Autodetect.  Manually set the player type and drive letter as instructed in earlier posts.

This doesn't matter. Just. Do. It.

I'm really starting to believe that you don't want to get helped. I asked you to try a different version and you even failed to do that. Do what people are asking you for or I'm going to lock this thread since it doesn't lead anywhere if you're not able to do the basic steps you've been asked for. If you're that confused right now you're likely to be better of not installing Rockbox anyway.

Or you're trolling us.

i am going get  to the dev build after work today i could not try it yesterday because i had a headache.
Now the Dev Build gave me a folder with a bunch of files in it what do i do with this to get it to work?
Also when i tried to do this here that people wanted me to do:
Open the utility.
Click "Help"
Choose "Troubleshoot"
Click "System Info"
I could not find any information because the program closed before i could find anything out

The link I posted has (currently) two files. One is a zip file, and that's the file you need. It contains exactly one folder, and in this folder is exactly one executable file. That's pretty much the same as for the release. There's also the source code linked. You can also get that, but then you need to compile it yourself.

It would be really helpful if you directly stated what you did if things don't work as expected or you don't know how to proceed. Nobody but you can see what you did, and guessing around is really annoying.
