Installation / Removal > Rockbox Utility

i have a problem instaling this program

i formated my Sansa Clip + & my micro sd card & it shows nothing on either but it still shows rockbox on the player & i can't get the Sansa Installer to install either

can somebody please help me with this I don't know what to do next or why the rockbox program stayed  on it after I formated the player

Did you follow the uninstallation process in the manual?

i am now trying to reinstall the program & i keep getting this message with the Rockbox Utility: Configuration error & after i hit autodetect then the program will just close & say it is not responding what do i do now

I really need some help here can somebody please help me & it also says this here: Mountpoint does not exist
