Sansa Clip Zip and Rockbox 3.13

On my Sansa Clip Zip I installed the latest version 3.13 but when I go to system and check rockbox info, it says version: b86b0a1-121211
Is this normal, or should it say version 3.13? How do I know if I'm running the latest version if it doesn't actually say 3.13?

That means you didn't install 3.13, but a random development build from nearly a year ago.

Ok so how do I reinstall it to 3.13? I ran the rockbox utility, it said it downloaded 3.13, then downloaded all the packages but it still doesn't say 3.13. do I have to check the box for bootloader again or can I uncheck that box? Any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

Edit: I did a manual install and it seemed to update to 3.13. Not sure why I couldn't get the utility to work.

My guess is you selected the wrong drive letter and have a .rockbox folder for 3.13 sitting on your PC's hard drive.

The wrong drive letter was the problem, I noticed it Sunday after manually installing. I was updating the music on my SD card in the Sansa and saw the Rockbox folder. I remember when I first installed Rockbox about a year ago I didn't have an SD card in it at the time so the auto updater went right to the Sansa. But this time around it defaulted to the SD instead and I hadn't noticed. o.O
