Picture Flow HELP!

Was screwing around and now I'm stuck in Picture Flow for what seems like hours.  I've tried everything to cancel and get out to no avail.  Plus now my ipod is getting pretty hot.  Can I force a shut off???

Edit........never mind....like an idiot I've been holding down the wrong two buttons to do a force power off.

If anyone does read this though, I got about half way through the picture flow process.......is there any unecessary garbage that may have downloaded into rockbox or ipod that is now taking up valuable space??  Thanks.
