Can't load rockbox.ipod on iPod 5.5g 30GB replaced to 64GB SSD

I purchased an iPod 5.5g 30GB on an auction site.
And I replaced the battery to new one and the HDD to 64GB SSD so as I can stock many 24/96 audio files on it.
I used rockbox utility to install rockbox.
The installation seemed successful but after reboot I encountered only an error message below.

So I tried manual installation but the result was all the same.
Does anyone have any suggestion to solve the problem.

Does the SSD have the right partition? I think Rockbox needs fat32.

Thank you very much for your kind responce.

First, I have to apologize for lack of information.
I'm using a windows 7 host PC so the iPod has a FAT32 partition.

I tried the test build but the result was the same.

But I noticed that SSD has problems with RB when I read the forum posts for the first time.
So I re-installed the original 30GB HD to my iPod then I could easily use RB!

Thank you all for being able to play 24/96 WAV files from vinyls.
My iPod became a HiFi audio machine. I love RB.

So I'm planning to make an adequate file system on my 64GB SSD with Linux or purchase a 240GB HD to increase capacity to copy all my WAV files.

Thank you again for giving me a chance to increase the capability of my iPod.
I appreciate all the effort to make up such an excellent environment of RB.

For me it is always amusing that people think 24/96 files are superior on portable hardware. This is simply NOT TRUE. First RB (but also virtually all systems on portable players) use 44.1 or 48 kHz sampling rate. Anything else needs to be resampled on the fly. Because of resource constraints resampling on rb targets has limited quality (but the fact that people still argue that 96k files sound superior is an indication that this is good enough :-)). It is much better to resample files on PC using high quality resampler really. 24 bits resolution is NEVER used on portable players as virtually all DACs are 16bit. So we simply drop excessive bits in sample. So to sum up 24/96 files use MORE cpu to decode and produce actually DEGRADED quality. This files are much bigger so the storage needs to be accessed more often which is serious battery hit. Personally I do care about battery life on portable hardware.
