If it is indeed a question, I rather suspect that "Yes." isn't going to be sufficient...
It really helps if you ask the question(s) you want to ask, instead of leaving others to guess at what you (probably) want to know.

Yes, it is possible, but you may find it non-trivial. You would need to set up a development environment, check out the Rockbox source, edit /apps/tagtree.c, and then compile your own binary which you would then lose support for if you encounter any issues (unless of course you could reproduce said issues in a clean, unmodified build).
