Text scrolling issue

Hi ! I have a Cowon iAudio X5 and I have an issue with text scrolling : When I turn on the device, the text scrolling does perfectly well. But as soon as I start a song, wherever I go on my device, the text doesn't scroll anywhere. It's not a very big deal, but it would be better and more useful if I could see the whole text on my device. Thanks ! :)

Please be more specific with "text scrolling". Which text is affected? Menu? File browser? Database? WPS?

Every kind of text is affected.

Also, when I unplug the jack and then I lock the device and then I unlock the device, the text scrolls again, until I select a song.
