x5l dual boot loader

how do I make the x5 dual boot nowadays? I had rockbox on my x5l dualbooting which I try to upgrade with an sd card - no success there yet, however in trying different bootloaders I erased the dualbooting one by accident... >:(
also: lots of dead links if I search on google...
